Description
Job Title: Director of HR & AdminLocation: Central, Hong Kong
Our client is a multinational enterprise with investment holding as its core business, involving FMCG, pharmaceutical and healthcare, color printing packaging and creative media, real estate development, resources and environment, financial services, and other fields.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and integrate all HR and Administration functions across the company's Hong Kong, China, and international subsidiaries;
- Establish group-wide governance frameworks to ensure consistent policies, standards, and operational controls across regions;
- Lead the design and implementation of the company's HR strategy, including workforce planning, staff development, succession management, and talent pipeline building across multiple geographies;
- Drive organizational optimization, change management programs, and culture-building initiatives to support business expansion and restructuring needs;
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets, manage cross-border risks, and strengthen governance;
- Lead Group Administration functions, including office management, corporate services, facilities management, and administrative governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- Minimum 12-15 years of senior HR/Administration leadership experience, ideally in: regional or group headquarters, conglomerates, diversified holdings, or multinational companies; and organizations with large-scale Mainland China and overseas operations;
- Proven track record managing cross-border teams, multicultural environments, and multi-jurisdiction HR frameworks;
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business units and geographies;
- Exceptional strategic thinking, execution capability, and professional integrity;
- Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
