Are you working in a International Tax and considering a move? A Tax Advisory firm that is challenging the traditional Accounting Practice approach is searching for a Manager or Senior Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a non-audit environment, in a fast-growing and tax advisory firm with an impressive leadership structure. You will deliver leading advice to household names, large and FTSE/AIM listed corporates, all from an AI / Tech platform.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on international tax structuring and cross-border transactions
• Provide technical input on reorganisations, financing arrangements and supply chain structures
• Lead the firm in designing and adopting technology-enabled ways of working, championing digital tools that enhance delivery and empower teams
• Support inbound and outbound investment advisory
• Lead technical analysis of developments arising from OECD initiatives, including BEPS and Pillar Two
• Interpret UK legislation and international treaty application
• Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions within the global network
• Review and oversee technical deliverables and client communications
• Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation
• Mentor and develop junior team members
