This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and works in a well-appointed office in a northwest suburb of Chicago.
Duties:
Create investment proposals
Account opening, service requests and ongoing maintenance
Track and closely follow asset movement
Support the financial planning process
Keep detailed notes of client correspondence and required actions
Other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience:
2+ years administrative experience (required)
2+ years financial services experience (required)
Life and Health License, and Series 6/7 Registered (a plus)
Proficient with investment trading systems and processes (a plus)
Adept with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various software (required)
Familiarity with financial planning tools, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign and CRM (preferred)
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with superior time management skills
Works well under pressure and meets established objectives and deadlines
Team player with the ability to adapt to change
Works collaboratively and independently
Takes initiative
Proficient in use of computers and technology
