New Berlin Hills Golf Course, located in New Berlin, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for an Outside Service Attendant. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.

Experience Required

• High School Diploma or GED; and six months to a year customer service experience or training.
• Must have a Drivers License.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.
• Assist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
• Assist players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.
• Perform range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintain ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Direct start of play when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
