Description
Your Tasks- Provide finetuned analytical BI tools to the region, adjusting global governed self-service data and combining with local data and structures
- Regularly use the expert knowhow of the various available datasets to generate ad-hoc data overviews supporting business decisions (e.g., assortment complexity, LOM, inventory analysis)
- Multiply learnings within regional & local team by supporting in data & analytics requests
- Data processing, analysis and visualization; potential evaluation for use cases (savings, workload reduction, etc ); providing data based recommendation
- Rolling out global good practices/learnings/solutions and foster local and regional solutions for global leverage
- Identify and groom further analytic use cases in the region; Shape use cases into MVP approach, collaborate with the Global Planning Analysts for a high-level design and estimate and bring into qualified backlog
- Shaping and finetuning Decision automation rules and algorithms
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
- 4-5 yrs experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or supply chain planning analytics
- Experience working with large datasets and structured business data
- Experience with planning data and supply chain datasets would be an advantage
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive working style
