Description

Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work order(s)
Set up and adjust machines for different jobs
Proving out programs/assisting with programming (at machine or offline)
Assist in schedule work through a specific department (Swiss, Milling, OR CNC Turning)
Must be comfortable with some leadership responsibilities and working as part of team
Ensuring quality control making sure inspection/checks are complete for all finished parts
Perform routine maintenance
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Training & supporting other operators/team members when/where necessary

Requirements

Requirements:

5+ years experience as a CNC Machine Operator or relevant training
Prior experience running or troubleshooting CNC machines (any experience with Hanwa/Haas is great)
Experience in programming at the machine/offline is a plus but not required.  Willing to train those with desire to learn.
Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Dependable and takes ownership of task and follows through on commitments
Willingness to learn/continuously develop skills and seek growth opportunities
