Supervisor – MRI

Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our MRI department in Mullica Hill, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the MRI department and other medical imaging areas. This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,155 - $106,444.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, instruct, evaluate, and coach/counsel employees
- Maintain records and procedures for maintenance, in-service, education, radiation exposure reporting, timekeeping, employee evaluations, hiring, discipline, and supplies
- Participate in MRI safety for staff, patients, and other employees and physicians
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved, accredited school of radiology
- Current ARRT certification and State of New Jersey licensure required; advanced certification in MRI required
- American Heart Association CPR certification required; IV certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- 5+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist; supervisory experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of MRI procedures and knowledge of and adherence to hospital policies and procedures regarding abuse and neglect
