The VCS PMO team works collaboratively with Product Development, Product Management, Operations & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Client Services, and other enterprise teams across global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, governance, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator or tracker, but a strong driver of execution who ensures commitments are delivered, demonstrates ownership, and brings structure to complex environments.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and coordinate large-scale programs composed of multiple interdependent initiatives
- Orchestrate execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Client Services teams
- Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Drive accountability across stakeholders without direct authority
- Ensure end-to-end readiness for key milestones, releases, and program deliverables
- Step in to unblock teams, drive decisions, or lead execution directly when required
- Drive execution frameworks (Agile or hybrid) and support detailed execution when needed
- Provide executive-level reporting with clear risks, trade-offs, and decisions required
- Use tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, Tableau to drive transparency
- Promote execution discipline and continuous improvement
