Description
Global Transaction Services (GTS) has been an award- winning market leader in providing digital cash management and trade finance solutions to clients. With the continuous growing demand for Mid-cap Corporates look for offshore cash management and trade finance requirements, we are hiring for a senior sales to drive transactional banking solutions with focus on Mid-cap Corporates for both domestics and network outbound across AsiaResponsibilities:
- Drive the delivery and manage a portfolio of key trade customers to deepen the wallet share through utilization management, advisory, cross-sell, and upsell, covering for Mid-cap clients' to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators that support the overall GTS business objectives.
- Manage P&L responsibilities for assigned customer portfolio with receivable financing, documentary trade and supply chain program under management
- Maintain close rapport and sticky relationships with clients with RMs through continuous engagement and market update.
- Support improvement of customer journey through continuous review of our solutions and development of our products and services, that is aligned to bank's strategy through market research, customer feedback, financial analysis
- Data analysis on customers usage, engage and feedback to Product or Ops if any enhancement opportunity
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Proactively generate new deals, conduct needs analysis, develop customer-focused sales presentations, deliver differentiated solutions, and conduct sales pitches to achieve the agreed revenue targets.
- Manage post-sales implementation, service delivery and handle related customer issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay abreast of the current trends and developments in Mid-cap clients' offshore growth strategy.
- Accurately assess all deal values, balancing the need to generate positive economic profit against the deliverables.
- Degree holder or equivalent in related disciplines
- More than 8 years' solid experience in banking, financial institutions, or corporates procurement center with focus on Mid-cap/TMT Corporates' exposure
- Strong aspiration to develop career in Global Transaction Services for both trade and Open Account Trade as well as Cash Management and Digital solution
- Prior exposure to receivable financing, supply chain financing, procurement services or related professional background
- Ability to proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, coupled with a strong commitment to client acquisition and engagement, and an established network of relevant client contacts.
- Self-driven with a tenacity to succeed, good influencing and negotiation skills, able to drive cross-functional collaboration
- Must have excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
